This accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a converted garage structure. Through the addition of new window openings, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a lofted bedroom, the space has been transformed into a functional 300 square foot unit. The design efficiently incorporates all living essentials within a compact footprint and includes a private outdoor area.
