A 602 Square feet of living space, this ADU manages to fit into a very tight space without interfering with the primary home's driveway and bark yard space. This particular ADU allows for multi-generational living on the same property in Redmond, Oregon. Completed in 2021.

Flavel ADU
The Flavel ADU is a garage conversion that transformed this property into a space for multigenerational living.  The garage's existing wood trusses were left exposed to enjoy taller height ceiling space and a rustic feel. With several new windows and a large sliding door, the space was transformed into a bright space full of natural light.
