Fessenden ADU

15th Court ADU

A 602 Square feet of living space, this ADU manages to fit into a very tight space without interfering with the primary home's driveway and bark yard space.  This particular ADU allows for multi-generational living on the same property in Redmond, Oregon.  Completed in 2021.

Flavel ADU

The Flavel ADU is a garage conversion that transformed this property into a space for multigenerational living.  The garage's existing wood trusses were left exposed to enjoy taller height ceiling space and a rustic feel.  With several new windows and a large sliding door, the space was transformed into a bright space full of natural light.

Ainsworth ADU

In efforts to find a solution to aging in place, this existing two car garage ADU conversion provided a one level housing solution for the homeowner. With the ability to start with an existing structure, this conversion project resulted in reduced construction costs and reduce carbon footprint when compared to a new ground up build.

Nevada ADU

In efforts to retire and increase their income, this homeowner decided to convert extra space in their unfinished basement into a rental ADU.  This conversion resulted in a spacious rental unit with a separate entry. Through an efficient design, the homeowner was able to retain a basement laundry room, as well as a storage space.

Foster Commercial

The Foster commercial project consisted of commercial permit documents for a small existing building in Lents, Portland.  The scope of work included layout for tenants, code and zoning analysis, PBOT driveway design exception, PBOT minor improvements permit, and project management and coordination.

Prototype ADU

This prototype ADU is fully designed and engineered for Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties and ready to be placed as a ground-up new structure in your backyard.   Tall ceilings and large windows bring in plenty of light to make living small enjoyable. This design can be customized to meet your needs and budget.
